This spot is currently empty. Not because we ran out of projects -- because your project hasn't claimed it yet. Read on to see exactly how we'd fill this page with your name on it.
You are looking at a case study that does not exist yet. The photos are not real. The stats are made up. The client quote is something we will earn from you later. But the process described below? Every word of it is true. This is exactly how we work, from first call to final crate. If you have ever wondered what it feels like to have a trade show exhibit built by people who actually care, this is the preview.
No smoke. No stock photography of people pointing at whiteboards. Just a straightforward walk-through of what happens when you hire Greenspace Group.
Every project starts the same way: you have a show coming up, a booth that feels tired (or nonexistent), and a nagging suspicion that your exhibit should be doing more than just holding a carpet square and a bowl of mints.
Maybe your last booth was assembled with the enthusiasm of a teenager building IKEA furniture at midnight. Maybe your competitor showed up with a two-story structure and your marketing director sent you a text that simply said "fix this." Or maybe you are launching something new and need the physical space to match the ambition.
Whatever brought you here, welcome. The next few sections will walk you through how we turn that problem into the best-looking booth on the show floor. We promise to keep the buzzwords to a minimum and the self-congratulation to... well, a reasonable amount.
We do not sell pre-designed booths from a catalog. Every project starts fresh. That means we get to solve your specific problem instead of shoehorning you into something that sort of fits.
Here is the timeline we will walk together. Your specifics may vary, but the process does not.
You tell us about your brand, your show, your budget, and what keeps you up at night about this whole thing. We ask a lot of questions. Then we go away and come back with concepts that make you say "wait, you can do that?" (Yes. Yes we can.)
Construction happens in our 22,000 sq ft Hillsboro facility. You are invited to walk through mid-build -- stand inside your booth before it ever sees a convention center. Most clients come. Some bring coffee. All of them leave more excited than when they arrived.
Our crew handles logistics from Oregon to wherever your show happens. Crating, freight, drayage, installation. When you arrive at the hall, your booth is standing, powered, and ready. You check your watch and realize you still have time for a decent lunch.
Show wraps. While you are at the airport heading home, we are dismantling, repacking, and routing everything back to storage. Post-show we do a full inspection, clean, and prep for your next event. Rinse and repeat, each time a little smoother.
If something is not right, we fix it. Scope changes are a conversation, not a confrontation. We figure it out together.
We own logistics end to end. If a crate is late, we are on the phone before you even know there was an issue. You will never be the one chasing a tracking number at midnight.
We know the rules before we design. Ceiling heights, fire lanes, hanging sign regulations, union jurisdictions -- we check it all during concept so you do not get surprises at move-in.
Design, carpentry, metalwork, graphics, AV integration, logistics -- all under one roof. When something needs attention, the person who built it is down the hall, not across three time zones.
These numbers are aspirational placeholders. But they are based on actual outcomes from projects we have delivered. Your mileage may vary -- and we suspect it will vary upward.
These gray boxes are scouts holding your spot. Send us your project photos post-show and we will replace every one of them with the real thing. Wide shots, detail close-ups, installation progress -- the works. Your booth, framed and looking unreasonably good.
This quote currently belongs to you. After your first show with Greenspace, we will ask you what you thought. If you say something quotable, it goes here. If you say something not quotable, we will ask someone else on your team.
